Nedack Ethanol LLC conducted a study comparing the Gamajet to a competitor’s rotary impingement model. Below are the results after multiple tests:

etOH: 13%
Cost per infection: N/A

Fermenter 2: Other rotary impingement machine

Infections: Yes
etOH: 10%
Cost of lower yields: $40,000 per infection (infections were consistent)
