Entering your first post-graduation role is an exciting, but sometimes stressful time – new things to learn, new organizations and, often, new places to live.
Alfa Laval knows the importance of that first year in a new company. We have developed a 12-month graduate placement program that lets recent grads establish an exceptional foundation during their first 12 months within the organization.
From day one, this program provides a deep immersion into the markets, product solutions and tools needed for success at Alfa Laval. In addition, program participants will build a robust network while gaining exceptional experience with the teams they will work with once they complete the program.
