Heat exchanger services built for the Midwest
See exactly how your heat exchangers are working
Our assessment process
Our Visual Condition Assessment (VCA) is a standardized inspection process that measures the condition and efficiency of your heat exchangers. Using proprietary diagnostic tools including thermal imaging and design-based benchmarks, we evaluate whether cleaning or component replacement is needed and when.
You’ll receive a clear, data-driven report with actionable maintenance recommendations to help prevent unplanned downtime and extend equipment life.
VCA is available for all brands of plate heat exchangers. Alfa Laval services equipment made by Tranter, API Schmidt-Bretten, Kelvion, Sondex, and more.
