Maria Lucena is the Regional Sales Manager in Heat Transfer for the Gulf Region. Maria has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with 12 years of experience in maintenance planning and technical sales within the food and energy industries. She joined Alfa Laval five years ago and from the beginning of her career, she has been involved in technical and sales support for plate heat exchangers.

Lauren Mitchell has recently joined the Heat Transfer Service team and has spent the last four years working with an industrial representative in the Carolinas. While there she gained experience with Alfa Laval heat exchanger technology for new units and parts and service across multiple industries. Lauren has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and enjoys helping our valued customers with process solutions and troubleshooting gasketed plate heat exchangers.
