Lauren Mitchell recently joined the Alfa Laval Heat Transfer Service team and has spent the last four years working with an industrial representative in the Carolinas. While there, she gained experience with Alfa Laval heat exchanger technology for new units and parts and service across multiple industries. Lauren has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and enjoys helping our valued customers with process solutions and troubleshooting gasketed plate heat exchangers.

Kristi Smith

Kristi Smith has worked with Alfa Laval for over eight years has and over 13 years of experience in troubleshooting heat exchangers. She primarily focuses now on Data Center Cooling solutions, promoting Best Design and Operating Practices. Kristi earned her B.A. in Business from Western Michigan University.

Cosimo Pecchioli

Cosimo Pecchioli is a part of the Alfa Laval Data Centers Cooling Solution Team. Originally from Italy, he graduated with an Engineering degree at the University of Florence and has been with Alfa Laval for 17 years working in many different markets and applications both in Europe and the US. In the last 7 years, he primarily focused on heat transfer. He is based in the San Francisco bay area and has been baking his own pizza for more than 30 years!
